I have been to many salons throughout the Tampa Bay area, but I have to say this Salon is remarkable.  Jill Horne does my hair now and I won't go anywhere else.  Her techniques and knowledge are just superb.  You won't be disappointed when you leave; she will give you exactly what you ask for, and her prices are very affordable.  Go check her and her staff out - you won't be disappointed.  I am going to go try the eyelash extension they do.
