Bellami Hair Extensions

At Salon Elysian, we provide our clients with not only the best service but the best product! Our hair extensions are manufactured by our friends at Bellami, and are 100% human Remy hair. During your consultation, together, we will determine the best extensions to accommodate to you and your lifestyle!

I-tip extensions are a method used without any heat, glue, or other chemicals. It is a strand-by-strand technique, which a small section of extension hair is threaded and placed into natural hair near the scalp. This type of extension requires a 6 to 8-week maintenance program.

K-tip is another method where an adhesive protein-bonded hair extension is installed to small sections of hair close to the scalp. K-tip extensions require a 3 to 6-month maintenance program.

Tape-in extensions are a process where a 1 ½ inch pre-taped weft of hair is installed by sandwiching the natural hair between the pre-taped extension pieces. When you have tape-in extensions, you will need maintenance every 4 to 6 weeks.

Lastly, we offer clip-in hair extensions. Clip-ins require the least amount of maintenance. These are wefts of hair that have clips sewn into them. These are installed by clipping them into the natural hair. This type of extension is most frequently used for special occasion styles.

Bellami also offers a braid-less sew-in weft. Sew-in wefts are wefts of hair sewn into a beaded foundation. Natural hair is threaded into a silicone-lined bead. Then, the weft is customized to the width needed and sewn into the beads. This type of weft requires maintenance every 6 weeks.

Tape-In Extensions

Tape-in extensions are 1 ½ inch wide, pre-taped hair wefts that are installed by sandwiching the natural hair between each pre-taped weft of hair. The recommended number of tape-in packs between is 4-7. They are removed using a liquid bond remover that breaks down the adhesive on the tape releasing the natural hair from the tape-in weft, allowing them to slide right out, without doing any harm to the natural hair. The hair lasts from 6 months to 1 year, depending on how well the client takes care of the hair.

I-Tip Extensions

There are 25 strands of hair extensions in every pack of hair. The recommended number of packs to one head is anywhere from 4-12 packs. The hair lasts from 6 months to a year, depending on how well the client treats the hair extensions.
